WITH THE HOST CHURCH.
All requests for docket time, display tables, and other presbytery event/meeting requests must go through Trinity Presbytery office.
IMPORTANT DATES:
THURSDAY, September 16, 2010 - COUNCIL MEETING - Division and Committee Moderators may request time on the presbytery docket with the Stated Clerk.
THURSDAY, September 30, 2010: PACKET MATERIAL (agenda, reports, etc.) Information for presentation at the presbytery meeting must be submitted by this date in order to be put before the presbytery. Send packet material to Margaret Harris. Reports must be submitted in WORD or EXCEL. Please do not PAGE NUMBER your reports!
MONDAY,October 13, 2010: DISPLAY TABLE REQUESTS - use this link to email your request for space on a display table to Margaret Harris. Please include the name of your committee, and the person to contact. Please note, the number of tables available for display varies from host church to host church.
MONDAY, October 13, 2010: OTHER PRESBYTERY EVENT/MEETING REQUESTS (for workshops, small group meetings, special events before a presbytery meeting, etc.) Use this link to send information about your plans to the Stated Clerk, Alan F. Arnold. Please include the name of the committee/group, person to contact, time of meeting, estimated number of attendees and room set-up needs.
THURSDAY, October 7, 2010: HANDBOOK AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE (by 5:00 p.m.) An email with the link to the handbook will be sent to all churches, clergy, Christian Educators, Clerks of Session, and Council members.
