Presbyterian College
Presbyterian College was founded in 1880 by the Rev. William Plummer Jacobs. Jacobs served as the pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Clinton, SC and founded the Thornwell Orphanage. Presbyterian College, commonly known as PC, is a four-year, private liberal arts college located in Clinton, SC and affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
