Here is an event that all those that work with children and youth do not want to miss!  Activate 2010 is designed to train leaders in a variety of subject areas such as recreation, available resources, environmental education,"Darkness to Light - Stewards of Children Training", bully prevention training, sustainable youth ministry and more!
 
 
Activate 2010 will inspire and revitalize your leaders and your programs.  Come, experience, learn and take home skills and resources to kick off your Fall programs and infuse your children and youth programs with energy that will last!

Scott Brown to Bring Keynote Address 
 
Noah and Scott BrownScott Brown has been doing full time youth ministry for over 10 years.  A popular and frequent leader of Youth conferences at Montreat, Scott is known for his music and recreation leadership.  He currently serves as the Director of Youth Ministry at First Presbyterian Church in Greensboro, NC.  When not at the church, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Margaret, and 7 month old son, Noah. His hobbies include playing/listening to music and getting dirty in the art studio.
